\u662f \u201c\u516c\u5e73\u201d \u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5de6\u6d3e\u5bf9\u6b64\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f \u201c\u516c\u5e73\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ee5\u516c\u5e73\u4e3a\u540d\u7684 \u201c\u5747\u7b49\u201d \u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u73b0\u5728\u628a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bcd\u7684\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6539\u4e3a \u201c\u5747\u7b49\u201d\uff09<\/span><span style=\"color:#000693\" data-id=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/about\/offices\/equity-hub\/TACRE\">TACRE<\/a>\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u57ce\u5e02\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u91d1\u548c\u672a\u6765\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u62e8\u6b3e\u7528\u4e8e \u201c\u79cd\u65cf\u5747\u7b49\u6b63\u4e49\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u662f \u201c\u8bc6\u522b\u3001\u76d1\u6d4b\u548c\u5ba1\u67e5\u56fd\u5185\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e2d\u76f4\u63a5\u548c\u95f4\u63a5\u5bfc\u81f4\u5bf9\u6709\u8272\u4eba\u79cd\u4e0d\u5229\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u65b9\u9762\u201d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p has-black-color\">\u5176\u522b\u6709\u7528\u5fc3\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u662f\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u6570\u636e\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\uff0c\u5f3a\u5236\u4ea7\u751f \u201c\u79cd\u65cf\u5747\u7b49\u6b63\u4e49\u201d \u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5de6\u6d3e\u4eba\u58eb\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u6982\u5ff5\u79f0\u4e3a \u201c\u6570\u636e\u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u53cd\u7684\u672f\u8bed\uff0c\u662f\u5e73\u6743\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u8ba1\u8c0b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Atlas\uff09\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u201d \u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u5747\u7b49\u7684\u8861\u91cf\u548c\u5206\u914d\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u8be5\u5e02\u7684\u300a\u5747\u7b49\u5927\u5730\u56fe\u300b\u662f\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u5baa\u6cd5\u548c\u6743\u5229\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u53d8\u901a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
